As I type this, I am sitting in my office listening to Secrets & Magic on Spotify… and I can’t believe I can finally say that!! This EP was years in the making. The beginning seed of this project was planted way back in 2021 when Cherish came to me with Eyes Open Wide (then untitled). We knew this song needed to go out into the world, but we weren’t certain how we’d proceed with that.
Over the last few years, she’s written so many beautiful songs, and I am thrilled that the first five songs inspired by
@thesummonedseries are available to stream RIGHT NOW! Watching someone be inspired by a story and then perfectly encapsulating the feelings of love, loss, & destiny is an incredibly special thing to witness. Cherish continues to grow, elevate, & evolve, and I am in awe of her talent every day.
Along the way, KRAUZER came on board, and it has been such a joy to watch him grow and flourish through music school in pursuit of his dream. His passion and drive have clicked right into place alongside Cherish, and they make an unstoppable team. So much more to come from KRAUZER, and I can’t wait to watch y’all fall in love with all of it.
Keep an eye on these two. With their talent, drive, and passion, there’s absolutely no stopping them—and who would want to, anyway?
Ultimately, this all started with a book, and most days, I still CAN’T BELIEVE it was mine. Like, which lottery did I win? Hadley’s journey has brought us all here to this moment, and I am forever grateful I took a chance on telling her story. What an honor it is to collaborate with these talents, but even more so, these creatives that I now call family.
